A homeschool cross country team centered on running the true race. |

The afternoon practices will be from 3:15 to 4:45. The morning practices will be from 6:30 to 8:00. Please be on time and bring a water bottle
Meet at River Park, which is on Concord Road across the street from the Brentwood Library
These will be a bit more relaxed than the practices during the season. They will help you lay a solid foundation for the fall workouts. |
